NEW DELHI, 5 March 2026: The Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India has partnered with Sprect as the Official Science Communication Partner for Manthan, reinforcing efforts to deepen structured engagement between senior industry leadership and the national science and innovation ecosystem.
The collaboration formalises the launch of the Manthan Leadership Circle, a private, invite only dialogue platform designed for CXOs and senior industry leaders. The initiative establishes a structured mechanism for industry participation across national platforms including Manthan, UTTHAN and RSVCs, with a focus on long term R&D alignment and implementation.
The first session of the Manthan Leadership Circle is scheduled for 24th March 2026. The session will introduce the national platforms under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (OoPSA), outline thematic focus areas, and initiate a closed door dialogue with invited industry leaders on structured pathways for engagement.
