Requirement:
You will drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement through a mix of digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can take ownership of our marketing efforts while remaining hands-on to ensure execution at every level. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Provide direction to our social media and advertsing agency partners.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and innovative channels.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives, including community-building events, webinars, and content that speaks to the core mission of the brand.
- Create and optimize content for blogs, website, and newsletter.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Prerequisites:
- 2+ years experience preferred, as a digital marketing specialist or similar role in a startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business.
- Knowledge of any design tool (like Canva, Photoshop) to create content for social media
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to propose innovative ideas.
